The American Cancer Society is proud to announce
Bark For Life to be held Saturday, May 22, 2010 at Daffin Park, Savannah Georgia. The event will be held 10am -3pm.
The American Cancer Society
"Bark For Life" Mini-Relay is a fund-raising event that will honor the care giving qualities of our canine "Best Friends". Dogs, along with their owners, are joining the American Cancer Society to celebrate cancer survivorship, to honor people and pets lost to cancer, to fundraise in support of cancer research, education, awareness, patient services, advocacy, and to help eliminate the suffering that cancer causes worldwide.
Join us
to "take a bite out of
cancer!"
Sponsors and volunteers can take pride
in the news that every dollar raised helps to fund major progress in our
mission to eliminate cancer as a major health problem. Of course, we cannot raise these funds without the generous donations from businesses such as yours. Your donations and volunteer services to the 2010 Bark for Life will do more than raise money for the American Cancer Society; it will provide valuable advertising for your company among your community. It is our hope that your company will
be able to facilitate some of the needs of the Bark For Life.
Volunteers needed
We are in need of Veterinary volunteers, volunteers for set up and break down of the day’s events, contest awards (pet related),
demonstrators/judges for contest, and of course Participants.
If you would like to become a Bark For Life Corporate Sponsor, please complete the form and return the white copy via mail or facsimile at 912-355-0955. A committee member is available to come by and pick up donated items.
